DO I NEED A REFERRAL FROM MY PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

No, you do not need a physician’s referral to schedule an appointment with our clinic, unless your insurance requires one.

DOES YOUR CLINIC TREAT INFANTS AND CHILDREN?

Yes, we treat patients of all ages.

CAN THE DOCTOR CHECK OUT MY MOLES, ACNE QUESTIONS, WRINKLES AND DISCUSS MY PSORISIS DURING MY SCHEDULED BOTOX APPOINTMENT?

To ensure we maintain quality care to all of our patients, we would ask you to make another appointment to address the other concerns.

CAN YOU PHONE IN A REFILL?

Please call your pharmacy when you need a refill on your medication. They will fax us a refill request and this request will be authorized or denied within 24 – 48 hours. If you are requesting a refill on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, authorization may take 72 hours or more.
